We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@aercosmetic.com.

Misuse Understanding and Liabilities

Aer Cosmetics would like to emphasize that our products are intended for their designated use as specified in the product descriptions and instructions. We hereby declare that we are not liable for any misuse of our cosmetics beyond their intended purpose.

Customers are advised to carefully read and follow the usage instructions provided with each product. Any deviation from these guidelines that results in unintended consequences, adverse reactions, or damages is the sole responsibility of the user.

Aer Cosmetics shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the misuse of our products. It is the user's responsibility to use our cosmetics in a safe, cautious, and appropriate manner.

By purchasing and using Aer Cosmetics products, customers acknowledge and agree to this disclaimer. We strongly encourage users to reach out to our customer support team if they have any questions regarding the proper use of our cosmetics.

Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships. Every batch is hand rolled by our facility in Florida and packed with care in Philadelphia - we appreciate your patience and promise it's worth the wait!

Hold a clean, warm (not hot) washcloth over closed eyes for ~15 seconds, then gently slide the tubes off with your fingertips. They’ll come off like tiny “sleeves,” leaving zero residue. Finish with your usual cleanser!

If you find the mascara is not tubing off and is smearing, add more solution. The solution is what gives the mascara that smudge-proof hold and effortless removal!

Each refill lasts about 6–8 weeks with daily use. For freshness and lash health, we recommend refilling every 2 months.

Yes! Subscribe to receive refill pods every 2 or 3 months—and save 15% on every delivery. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime.

Great question! You’ll know it’s time to refill your Infinity Mascara when the formula feels drier or harder to apply. This is a sign it’s running low or starting to dry out. You might also notice you’re not getting the same coverage or volume as you did with the first few uses. If you’ve been using it consistently for four to six weeks, that’s typically when most customers find a refill is needed, depending on how often they apply. If it starts to feel clumpy before then, try adding a few extra drops of the Infinity Solution and remixing to rehydrate the formula! At a minimum, we recommend washing and refilling the container once a year.
