When will the Infinity Mascara be back in stock? An update from the founder:

A little update from behind the scenes

If you’ve been checking our website and waiting for your mascara to come back in stock, I wanted to give you a little more insight into what’s going on over here!

Aer is going through a lot of changes right now. We’re transitioning manufacturing, working on our packaging, and taking everything we’ve learned from our first launch into the next version of our mascara. And when I say “everything we’ve learned,” a huge part of that is what you’ve shared with me.

When you email Aer, you’re emailing me. I’m the one reading about the formula you love, the step that’s confusing, or the little piece of packaging that’s making your refill harder than it should be. I’ve had customers tell me they love their mascara but struggle with the refill process, especially with hand pain. That matters so much to me. You should be able to use a product you love without struggling to put it together.

One of the biggest things we’re working on is making that process easier. We’re exploring ways to remove the need for the stopper tool altogether and ways to mix and refill without having to handle the tablets or solution directly. We’re also looking at how you can see inside your reusable tube to make sure it’s fully clean before refilling it.

These are still things we’re developing and testing, so I can’t show you a finished version just yet. There are a lot of conversations happening about details I probably could have never imagined spending this much time on. Even the size of the mascara tablets is a whole discussion! They need to fit through the opening, dissolve well, and work with the packaging. Changing one piece means figuring out how it affects everything else.

And through all of this, the mascara itself has to be something you actually want to use every day.

When I launched our product in 2024, after years of working on it, I wanted people to choose it because they loved how it worked. Being refillable should be another reason to love it. I still feel just as strongly about that, and it’s guiding the decisions I’m making now.

Being out of stock while we work through this has been hard. I want to have your refills ready when you need them, and I know waiting is frustrating. I’m taking the time to work through these changes because your experience with the next version matters too much to rush it.

I’ll be sharing more of the development as we go, including ideas I’d love your input on. If there’s something you love and never want us to change, or something you’ve wished were easier, please keep telling me. I’m listening, and those conversations are helping me build what comes next.

Thank you for being here while we figure it out. I’m so excited to share more with you!
